How Dodgy are you?
A fair question! While our name is cheeky, our service is anything but. We run professional businesses in Geelong and are committed to reliable delivery, safe setup, and ensuring your event is a success.
Do you provide alcohol or bartenders?
Nope — we’re strictly dry hire. You supply your own drinks, and we can recommend RSA-qualified bartenders if you’d like extra hands behind the bar.
What’s included in the $1,999 daily hire?
Delivery, full setup, handover, and collection within Geelong, Bellarine, and Surf Coast. Use of the vintage Dodge truck bar for the entire day and evening (pick up next morning). Ice wells, generator, bar counters, and storage space included.
Can you travel outside the Geelong region?
As you can imagine, the fuel consumption and speed is nothing short of Dodgy! However, Yes. Whilst we mainly service Geelong, Surf Coast, and the Bellarine Peninsula, we can travel further for an additional delivery fee. Speak with us to discuss your needs.
How Big is the Dodgy Bar?
The Dodgy Bar measures 2450mm in width, 2350mm in height, and 7250mm in length. It opens up on both the passenger and driver sides. The passenger side needs an additional 1150mm to ensure easy access for all your guests, while the driver’s side maintains a minimum opening of 600mm, giving you flexibility in setup without compromising on style or functionality.
What about Dodgy weather?
We’ll work with you on positioning and provide guidance for wet-weather backup plans. Like all mobile bar trucks, we recommend a stable, accessible surface and space to set up safely.
How hard is it to operate?
Rest assured, we will do a full handover on delivery and provide a fact sheet.
Are you insured?
Yes, The Dodgy Bar comes with public liability insurance. All alcohol service is the responsibility of the customer and must comply with Victorian RSA laws.
